Two night stay on weekends is preferred year round, except July and August which require a three night minimum stay on weekends. Holiday weekends require a three night minimum stay.

A two night minimum stay is preferred during weekdays, however a one-night stay is possible if availability exists.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Please mention any gift certificates you may be using, when you make your reservation.

Confirmed reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance and tax is due upon check-in. Full advance payment is required for a one-night reservation.

We must receive your deposit within 5 days of booking to secure your reservation. If the reservation is made within 7 days of check-in, the deposit must be secured in full by credit card and is non-refundable.

If you are making a reservation as a gift for someone else, the reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking.

We strongly recommend that you reserve your accommodations at least two to three months in advance.
 

 
Breakfast is served each morning at 8:30 am. If there are any special diet considerations please let us know upon check-in.

Refreshments and snacks are served 4:30 pm each afternoon.

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Arrangements must be made in advance in order to insure your entry if you plan to check-in later than 5:30 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. A later check-out time may be accommodated for an additional $70 charge.

We can accommodate a third guest in several of our rooms for $50 additional per night.

All room rates are subject to New Jersey sales and occupancy tax.

We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate children.

Pets are not permitted.

NJ state law permits smoking only on the porches or garden areas.
 

 
Cancellations must be made 21 days in advance of your scheduled arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $30 processing fee.

If the cancellation is made within 21 days of your scheduled arrival, one night will be retained from your deposit if the reservation is not re-rented in full. If we are able to fill the vacancy caused by the cancellation, a refund certificate for the full amount of your deposit (minus $30 processing fee) will be issued to you. This certificate will be valid for a one-year period for you to use at your convenience.

Any cancellation received within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival time will not be refunded.
