With over 550 animals representing 250 species in an extensive variety of natural settings, it’s easy to spend a morning or afternoon exploring all there is to see!
Their list of residents includes iconic animals like the camel, tiger, cheetah, and Lion, along with a special “pathway to diversity” that takes visitors into the African Savanna range for zebra, ocelot, ostrich, and ring-tailed lemurs. At certain times during the year, you can also treat your family to a train or carousel ride during your visit! To make your outing complete, feel free to wander Central Park, where the Cape May, NJ zoo is located. Here, you can find a playground, a fishing pond, a disc golf course, and more!
